Office Lease:
Birch Office - Redefining Culture™
Quarterly Leasing for office spaces.

5’ Wide x 8’ Tall + 1’ with Ceiling parts
Panels:
Minimum of 12 panels @ a minimum of 3 months
*Minimum of 20 panels (1 crate) if outside MN
$50 per month per panel which includes:
All connection pieces/ Bracing/ Feet/ etc.
1 LG and 1 SM shelf.
Ceiling Tubes
Delivery/ Setup/ Tear-down included in MN
*If outside MN: Setup/ Tear-down are extra and depend on scope
*Shipping/ Team Travel rates are based on location.
